Price Information for Apartments
- Apartments: The daily rates listed are for a minimum stay of 4 days with an occupancy of 2 people. For each additional person, we charge €25 per night.
- Child discount: up to 2.99 years: free | 3-7 years: €10 | 8-13 years: €20 | 14 years and older: €25
- Breakfast buffet: €18 per person – start your day right.
- 5-course dinner menu: €35 per person – fine cuisine in the evening (Sunday is a day of rest; therefore, no dinner is served).

- Rooms: The daily rates listed are for a minimum stay of 3 days with an occupancy of 2 people. Single room supplement: €10 per night
- Child discount: up to 2.99 years: free | 3-7 years: 50% | 8-13 years: 30%
- Breakfast buffet: Already included in the room price, with everything a gourmet’s heart desires in the morning.
- 5-course dinner menu: For enjoyable evenings full of South Tyrolean flavor (Sunday is a day of rest; therefore, no dinner is served).
Tirolerhof's Inclusions

- Guest card (Natz-Schabs-Card with South Tyrol Pass): – free travel by bus & train, many extras and free entry to the Brixen adventure pool with sauna area
- Wellness amenities: Natural wood floors in larch & oak, Wi-Fi & satellite TV
- Outdoor relaxation: Panorama terrace & sunbathing lawn with garden house for sunbathing, reading & enjoying
- Apartment service: Bed linen, hand & dish towels, weekly linen change and final cleaning
- Useful: On-site parking, e-bike garage with charging facility and tools
- Fees & taxes are already included (excluding local tax of €2.70 per person/day for guests aged 14 and over)
Booking Information & Conditions
- Pets: €13 per day (maximum 1 pet allowed); please also bring a blanket or basket. Out of consideration for our other guests, animals are not allowed in the dining areas.
- Booking conditions: Upon receipt of the deposit of €300 per week and room/apartment, and once the booking confirmation has been sent, the booking is considered binding. We only accept bookings in written form.

- Arrival and Departure
Check-in: Your accommodation is ready for you from 2:00 PM.
Check-out: On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the accommodation by 10:00 AM. - Travel cancellation insurance: We look forward to your visit. However, it can happen that you cannot start your holiday and have to cancel at short notice. To save you and us unnecessary costs, we recommend taking out our travel cancellation insurance. With this cancellation protection, your cancellation fees are covered, and you can look forward to your holiday without worries.
- Cancellation: Cancellation policy according to Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code. There is no right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Code, however, we grant you the following cancellation policy:
– Up to 30 days before the start of your stay, we do not charge a cancellation fee; only the deposit will be retained.
– For cancellations at a later date, in case of no-show, or early departure, we charge the full price of the stay.
